Earring Care

Polymer clay is durable and super lightweight but still needs to be handled with care.

If dropped, smashed, pulled or stored incorrectly your earrings may break or become damaged.

How to Clean Earrings

clean surface with soap, water, and soft cloth

gently wipe surface with a q-tip dipped in acetone

for resin or resin finished earrings, use a baby wipe to clean earrings

 

 

All Sales are Final

Due to hygiene reasons, all sales are final. I will not be accepting returns. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item due to quality or being damaged during shipping, please reach out on one of my socials with pictures of the issue and we will assess on a case to case basis.

Shipping

Many of my items are made to order, this includes a turn around time of around 2 weeks (depending on demand). Once your order is placed I will begin working on your piece. 

Ready to ship items will be shipped out within 1-3 business days.

Once your order is dropped off at the post office it is out of my hands and in the hands of the postal service. Please feel free to reach out to me on one of my socials if you are missing your package and we can try to work together to see where the issue is.

Allergies or Sensitive Ears?

Our earring posts and backers are all nickel free and hypoallergenic. 

 

Special Requests?

All pieces will come with the findings that are shown in photos. If you would prefer a different finding (hook, hoop, ballpost or clip on) please put the info in the comment box on the checkout page and I can fulfill that request for you!

Wholesale Inquiries

To qualify for the wholesale pricing you must order AT LEAST 9 pairs of earrings.

All earrings ordered for your store/shop/boutique must be kept on their original backers, no changing out packaging.
